Kyoto Machiya Stay -Kasuri-

The hotel staff helped with everyone of our questions from sight seeing to meals to transportation. Positive: The most beautiful peaceful atmosphere in a hotel/ ryokan I have ever experienced! We loved the space, the outdoor garden and the lovely tub!

A Dream Vacation Positive: We consider ourselves extremely lucky and privileged to have stayed at this beautiful house. The staff was extremely welcoming and took great care of us. The room was spacious, very comfortable, and opened directly onto a small private garden. It was very peaceful. The neighborhood is quiet, and there are a few good restaurants nearby. After five nights here, we almost felt at home.

Mitunter einer der besten Hotelaufenthalte die ich je hatte Positive: Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit, und das Zimmer selbst mit so unglaublich viel Liebe eingerichtet wie ich es noch nie erlebt habe. Wir hatten das Zimmer mit Blick und Zugabg zum Garten, und ich würde jederzeit wieder zurückkehren. Alles war topmodern, die Betten und die Tatamimatte waren sehr bequem und das Badezimmer mit Holzwanne auch ein echtes Highlight. Negative: -

Positive: Мы жили в большом номере с 2мя комнатами в японском стиле и собственным садом. Номер стильный, всё необходимое есть и даже немного больше (например, коврики для йоги), большие, удобные кровати, отличные одеяла и подушки, наличие стиральной машины тоже было очень кстати. Сад в японском стиле особенно порадовал. Negative: Вечернее заселение было не очень комфортным, тк в это время не было персонала, но отель предупреждал об этом. Я не разобралась с тем, как включить кодовый замок и пришлось тревожить остальных жильцов, тк сотрудники отеля не ответили быстро. В отеле нет завтраков и в округе поблизости не нашла мест для завтрака, поэтому брали еду в соседнем комбини. Но номер понравился больше всех, из тех, где мы останавливались в Японии, поэтому я бы поселилась там снова по приезду в Киото.
