Kyoto Machiya Stay -Nuki Nishiki-

Positive: We had an excellent stay at this ryokan! Everything was spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient, and the place itself is beautiful and has a really pleasant atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again!

Positive: This place is charming. The staff is very helpful, and they are always willing to make sure you have everything you need. They give you very useful recommendations for acitivities within Kyoto. The rooms are beautifully designed. They have soaking tub, tatami floors, coffee machines, etc. The neighborhood is quiet, charming and far from the big crowds. Negative: Nothing. I loved staying here.

日本人でも古い商家の良さを楽しめる現代的で上質な宿 Positive: 昔ながらの京都の商家（かつては西陣の織物関係を取り扱う商家だったとのこと）の外観と構造を残しつつ、設備や内装は極めて現代的な和モダンの宿泊施設としてリニューアルした、インバウンドだけでなく日本人の旅行客にも満足の行く宿です。 控えめな外観のエントランスを入り、おそらく商家の「店」だったスペースを過ぎかつては「おくどさん」のあった場所がフロントになっています。フロントの横には底に水を湛えた井戸が。1Fの宿泊客は中庭の眺めも楽しめます。 部屋も建物の梁も内装として活かしながら水回りは完全に現代的にリニューアルされており、ガラス張りの浴室に檜の浴槽が。トイレも独立しており洗面台も2つあるなど、高級ホテル仕様です。 細かな設備も充実しており、各部屋に電子レンジやバルミューダの電気ケトルとトースター、ネスプレッソが置いてあります。 その他にも一保堂の緑茶や上質なガーゼパジャマなど、すべてが上質で心地の良い等でした。 スタッフの方のホスピタリティも素晴らしく、また訪れたい宿の一つです。 Negative: 特に無し
