Kyoto Machiya Stay -Tsuzure-

Positive: Everything. The staff was excellent, nice and spoke perfectly english. The room was big, perfectly clean, modern and at the same time with a retro vibe. There are not enough words to describe the perfect experience we had. We moved through the city by bus and occasionally by taxi at night, from Gion to Enso Machiya, about 15€. We were lucky that when we arrived in the morning the room was already ready to check in, so we entered the room immediately. The staff is so attentive, they have explained to us everything that we would have find in the room and at the check out they stored our luggages, called a taxi and even put them in the back of the taxi for us. We will come back for sure!

Una bella esperienza Positive: Enso machiya, situato nella zona più storica e antica di Kyoto, é una struttura che riesce a farti sentire la vera essenza di questa città, con un ambiente che risulta essere un ottimo equilibrio tra storia, tradizione e modernità. Il personale è estremamente professionale, con una cordialità e gentilezza che ci porteremo a casa, di ritorno, come cartolina. Lo consigliamo a chiunque voglia sentire e vivere l'atmosfera di Kyoto. Negative: L'unica pecca, ma come di tutto quanto il Giappone, é la mancanza di più cestini all'interno degli alloggi.
